8 HOURS OF BEHIND THE WHEEL FOR LIMITED TERM LICENSE $600
A limited-term license is issued to individuals who are temporarily living in Ohio and have legal presence for a defined period—such as international students, temporary workers, or visitors with valid immigration documents. This license is valid only for the length of the person’s authorized stay and must be renewed when their legal presence is extended.
Driving Authority refund policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that a student may want to re-schedule or cancel a course and we will try our best to accommodate these needs. However, please understand that class sizes are limited and we incur substantial cost to prepare and host scheduled courses therefore we must enforce the following refund policy:
IN-CAR LESSONS: (Student Cancellations)
Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to The Driving Authority.
A driving cancellation notice not given within the 48 hour period could result in a late cancellation/no show fee as outlined below:
- Late cancellation fee: $75.00
- No-show fee: $75.00
- Student not prepared to drive fee: $75.00
*Proceeding lesson will not be booked until such missed lessons are paid in full.
Instructor Cancellations
In the event that Our Driving School needs to cancel an in-car lesson, your driving instructor will contact you directly. You will not be charged a fee in this instance.
Request to Cancel All Lessons
The Driving Authority understands that the need will arise to cancel all services. If a request is made to issue a full refund and no services have been rendered. The Driving Authority will deduct $150.00 for administrative fees and issue the remaining balance. No refund will be issued once services have been rendered or behind the wheel lessons have been started.
